Cancellation Policy
Our dresses are all made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

-Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
-Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
-Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

-If you need to cancel your order, please email service@justpromdress.com for help.
-If you want to change size or color after payment. Please contact us within 24 hours after payment. Please note color and size can not be changed once the process has begun. If you really want to change the size or color, the extra cost would be charged. Please contact us.

 

Return Policy
All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some quality problem which we can’t be totally avoided, Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects, failing following the customization requirement of customer, like the wrong size,color, style.But take it easy, you will get full payment back!

We don’t accept the returning request for mistakes which are not caused by us. For example, if customers do not like the dress without any quality problems or customers choose the wrong sizes, but we make it correctly. And we do not accept return for try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like.

Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and lighting condition. So color aberration will not be included in the quality problem.We strictly made the items following the style and the material displayed on the site. All returning requests having the reasons like not the same as the picture on the website, not the material I like or I’m not satisfied with the quality etc., are not accepted.

For standard size dress in picture color only, we accept return. You need to pay the return shipping fee. Since the return shipping would be too expensive, we highly suggest you choose size carefully. Please double check our size chart and order the correct size.For the uniqueness of the product, if the product is Custom Made, we can offer you a revised service based on your requirement. But the return or exchange of the dresses in Custom Made is not accepted.For accessories, we do not accept return. Please note accessories are final sale.

To be eligible for return/refund, the item must be in its original state. We will not accept the return of used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged goods. Please ensure that you leave the original tags on the items if you wish to return them.

Please carefully follow our guide: 
1. Contact us within 2 days after you receive the items. 
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc. 
3. Item must be returned in 7-15 days upon delivery date. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return.
4. Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in within 24 hours. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 10 days for it to be credited to your account.
6.Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at Contact Us.

Exchange Policy
1. Contact us within 2 days after you receive the items.
2.  Item must be returned in 7-15 days upon delivery date. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return.
3. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in within 24 hours. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 15 days for ship a new dress.
4. You need to pay the return shipping fee and the shipping fee of new dress.
